Fairmont Torrance
Althought the Torrance course previously hosted two European Tour events, it re-opened its fairways on the 14th July, 2009 after six months re-design work. It is so easy to see why it was selected for the Scottish Seniors Open in August 2009.

Designed by the late Gene Sarazen and Sam Torrance, it sweeps its way around the Fairmont Hotel and down to the coastal edge with a deceptive back nine with holes such as the 15th, being a tricky Par 3 card wrecker!

The clubhouse enjoys the best sea views from any clubhouse in Scotland and offers a traditional golfers fayre including signature dish of Pittenweem haddock and chips.

The Torrance course was also chosen as the regional qualifying venue for the 2010 Open.
